The Travelling Life of Silvan Colani
- April 2000 - Zhuhai, China
Located behind the Macau SAR, Zhuhai is home to the only Formula One circuit in China. I joined a two-day FORMULA CAMPUS training course on that track. FORMULA CAMPUS are powered by 1390 cc Renault engines that produce 105 horsepower at 6800 rpm. Whatever the numbers - they're fast!
- Against all expectations I did not wreck the car and spun out only once (which, I admit, was actually quite fun). Needless to say, I enjoyed myself immensely during the entire weekend. Of course, I did not see much of Zhuhai, apart from the same 14 corners!

- The course is very professionally run and I can highly recommend it to anybody who is not content with driving down Queen's Road West at 120 km/h! Visit www.frdsports.com for further information and even some pictures of me in action.
